About Me

Meet Lindsey!

I’m an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, professional dancer, and someone who has personally walked the road of eating disorder recovery. My passion is to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover freedom, healing, and hope. I believe recovery is about so much more than food — it’s about rebuilding trust in yourself, finding joy again, and embracing the life you were created to live.

Having experienced unique pressures that can come with the dance world and performance environments, I understand how difficult it is to navigate body image, perfectionism, and external validation while protecting your mental and physical health.

My coaching is built on compassion, accountability, and hope. Whether you need meal support, guidance through everyday recovery challenges, or someone to walk beside you, I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to do recovery alone.

My mission is to help you find lasting freedom — not just from disordered eating, but from the thoughts and fears that keep you from fully embracing the person you are meant to be. I believe every person has inherent worth and purpose, far beyond appearance and achievement.

Recovery is possible, and it would be an honor to support you on your journey.

Testimonials

Words from people who know Lindsey best

Lindsey is a huge support and reassurance for me as a mother of someone with an eating disorder. More importantly, she is a role model and instrumental person for our daughter as she navigates her recovery. Lindsey’s openness and raw honesty about her journey to overcome her eating disorder are refreshing. Her experiences allow her to connect with someone experiencing an eating disorder in a way that those of us who haven’t experienced it can’t. Eating disorders are so dark, secretive, and complex that it is difficult to understand as an outsider. When it seems clear to me that my daughter’s eating disorder is taking away so many things that she loves, I can’t understand it. Having someone for her to talk to who has been there and understands helps her feel heard. Lindsey’s faith and her ability to use her faith in her recovery journey are inspirational. She is someone that God sent into our lives for a very specific time and reason!

I am best friends with Lindsey! We met in treatment in April of 2019 in Arizona! We have been best friends ever since then! Even though we live in different states we talk often and try to visit each other each year! Lindsey is my recovery sister! Since we met, we have always been encouraging each other to do hard things and make the right choices in our recovery. We listen and often give each other advice! Even though it’s been 6 years since we went into treatment, we still check in with ourselves and talk about things that come up in our lives, she is always there to listen and gives the best advice! I am so grateful for her and our friendship! I don’t know what I would do without her or if I would be where I am today without meeting her! She makes me stronger and having a support person who understands me is so helpful and meaningful! A reason people should reach out to Beautifeel for help is because Lindsey has been through it all herself! She knows and understands what you may be feeling and going through. Even if you think someone will not understand, trust me, she does! She is strong in her faith and resilient! She has been through many struggles and although it may be tough at times, she always has come back stronger! She is the most caring, empathetic, accepting and kind person I’ve ever met!

I was raised in a Christian family. But for a while I was more focused on fitting into the world than living for Jesus. Not only did you help me get back on track to how a child of God should live, but you inspired me to do all I can to spread God’s Word. The strength that you have, and everything that you’ve accomplished, shows me that there’s no telling how far we can go with God. Your unending faith shows me that we need to trust the Lord in any and every situation. You constantly tell me that everything happens for a reason. And as time goes on, I see the reason God brought you into my life. To remind me that even though I always have Him, He sent a few people to give a helping hand.

I have had the privilege of knowing Lindsey through some of the most meaningful, as well as hard seasons of her life, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the strongest and most beautiful souls I have ever met. Her journey has not been an easy one, but the grace, honesty, and courage she brings to her healing is nothing but extraordinary. Lindsey’s recovery from an eating disorder is a testament not only to her resilience, but to the depth of her character and the strength of her faith. Through every step of her healing, she has leaned on God with humility and trust, choosing to believe that her life has purpose far beyond the pressures of perfection. As a professional dancer, Lindsey has lived in a world that demands precision, discipline, and often impossible standards. Yet she has chosen, every day to redefine what strength, beauty, and worth mean through the lens of her faith. She has learned to see herself the way God sees her: beloved, capable, and worthy. That shift has allowed her to reclaim dance — not as a measure of performance or control, but as a gift, a form of worship, and a way to express the joy and freedom she’s found through God’s healing. Watching her rediscover movement through grace instead of pressure has been one of the most inspiring transformations I’ve witnessed. What makes Lindsey truly remarkable is the way that she shows up for others. Her faith has shaped her into someone deeply supportive, endlessly compassionate, and steady in love. She listens without judgement, encourages without expectation, and reminds the people around her of God’s unwavering presence in their lives. Even when she was fighting her own battles, she somehow found the strength to lift myself and others up — a reflection of the peace and hope she draws from her relationship with God. Lindsey is the kind of person who radiates quiet beauty, rooted not in perfection, but in purpose. She is living proof that healing is possible, that God redeems even the most painful chapters, and that beauty is something lived from the inside out. Her journey is inspiring, her presence is grounding, and her character reflects a rare combination of humility, resilience, and faith. Anyone who knows Lindsey is better for it — and I am grateful that I get to witness not only who she is, but the incredible woman God is shaping her to become and helping others at the same time. She has accomplished so much in her short time on this earth, and I can’t wait to see what she does next! I’m so lucky to have her as one of my best friends! The way we met in an eating disorder treatment program in Chicago was different than how most people usually meet such a close and beloved friend, but I’m so thankful for it! I know she will always have my back, as I do for her… no matter what! As she continues being a light and love into people’s hearts, I ask God to continue protecting her and to spread the message anywhere and everywhere. I love you Lindsey!
